Job summary

Maricopa County Recorder’s Office seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, Kubernetes, and end-user devices. The role ensures security, reliability, and performance of systems supporting elections and other statutory duties.

The position oversees Systems Administration and Help Desk, directs project planning, vendor coordination, and budget management, and maintains compliance with County, State, and Federal policies.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of related experience, with at least two years in supervision/leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Systems Administration and Help Desk teams and infrastructure operations.
• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of server, storage, virtualization, and network systems; ensure security and reliability.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects, upgrades, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Develop operational standards and monitor service delivery and performance metrics.
• Provide technical leadership for secure, scalable technology services and disaster recovery planning.
