Job summary

Maricopa County Recorder's Office in Phoenix seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the enterprise infrastructure, oversee Systems Administration and Help Desk, and ensure secure, scalable services supporting elections and statutory obligations.

This role drives project planning, vendor coordination, budget planning, and compliance with county/state policies while mentoring staff in a hybrid/office environment.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of related experience, with at least two (2) years of experience as a supervisor/lead
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Systems Administration and Help Desk teams
• Design, implement, maintain, security, and support of server infrastructure and virtualization
• Ensure availability, reliability, and security of technology systems including election infrastructure
• Plan infrastructure projects, upgrades, and equipment lifecycle management
• Coordinate with Application Development team to support enterprise applications
• Develop operational standards and monitor service delivery and performance metrics
• Provide technical leadership and vendor coordination for infrastructure initiatives
• Mentor Help Desk staff and coordinate cross-team activities
