Job summary

Maricopa County Recorder’s Office is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure, overseeing Systems Administration and Help Desk teams. You will design, implement, and secure the County’s server, storage, virtualization, Kubernetes, and disaster recovery environments while ensuring availability for critical election systems.

The role emphasizes project planning, vendor coordination, budget management, policy compliance, and staff mentorship in a hybrid office/remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4 years of related experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must obtain Election Officer Certification and be eligible to vote in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the IT Service Desk and incidents to meet service expectations.
• Provide senior escalation support for complex endpoint, software, and access issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and devices; manage accounts and MFA access.
• Support elections, events, and office moves; coordinate with vendors.
