B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the company’s BI strategy, data integration, and analytics program. You will work with field and office stakeholders to translate operations into trusted metrics and scalable data platforms.

The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and adoption of analytics across the organization, using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to deliver actionable insights and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven leadership of BI or analytics initiatives with mentoring.
• Strong Power BI skills for reporting and semantic models.
• Strong SQL for data transformation, validation, and performance.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data warehouses/lakehouses.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and ETL/ELT design.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps via REST APIs.
• Able to earn stakeholder trust and drive adoption of analytics.
• Florida Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute an enterprise BI strategy and roadmap.
• Lead discovery with department leaders to align analytics with decisions.
• Oversee BI architecture across Fabric, warehouses, and ETL pipelines.
• Create governed metrics and reusable data sets for a consistent view.
• Integrate ERP, project, field, and financial systems using APIs and pipelines.
• Direct Power BI dashboards and self-service analytics to improve visibility.
• Establish data quality, governance, and documentation standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption through training and demos.
• Mentor BI and data professionals; balance hands-on guidance with planning.
• Partner with IT and executives to communicate progress and impact.
• Measure usage and outcomes; adapt priorities as needs evolve.
