Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc is seeking a Manager of Analytics & BI Product to lead the team that builds and improves analytics products across Power BI, the Gold/Semantic Layer, and data stewardship workflows.

You will own the Analytics & BI portfolio end to end, partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, IT, and business unit leaders, and guide a lean pod from backlog to production releases while staying hands-on with dashboards and dimensional models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in BI product management, product delivery, analytics/BI leadership, or a closely related technical/product role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building or maintaining enterprise BI products, with depth in Power BI, dimensional modeling, or data stewardship.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team, pod, or cross-functional workstream.
• Demonstrated ability to personally build and maintain production Analytics & BI products, including dashboards and governance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Analytics & BI portfolio and roadmap end to end.
• Lead iterative backlog and requirements discovery with business partners.
• Partner with Engineering to translate needs into roadmaps and delivery.
• Personally build and maintain BI dashboards and dimensional models.
• Define and extend MDM and data stewardship workflows.
