B&I Contractors, Inc. is actively seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Manager to define and lead the enterprise BI strategy, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and measurable business impact.

The role oversees platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, mentors BI team members, and partners with IT and executives to improve data quality, governance, and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Leadership of BI or analytics initiatives with roadmapping experience.
• Strong Power BI skills and enterprise reporting capabilities.
• Experience with data warehouses/lacthouses and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute an enterprise BI strategy and roadmap.
• Lead discovery with leaders to align analytics with decisions.
• Oversee BI architecture across Fabric, warehouses, and ETL pipelines.
• Direct Power BI dashboards and self‑service analytics.
• Establish data governance, quality, and reusable datasets.
