Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Manager of Analytics & BI Product to lead a small team that builds and improves enterprise BI and data products. You will own the portfolio, roadmap, and delivery across Power BI, the semantic layer, MDM, and data stewardship.

The role combines hands-on product work with leadership, guiding backlog, collaborating with Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT, and delivering trusted analytics that drive business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI product management or related leadership.
• Hands-on in building Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Experience leading a small cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Own Analytics & BI roadmap across Power BI, Gold layer, MDM.
• Lead backlog discovery with Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations.
• Translate needs into prioritized backlogs and releases.
• Personally build and maintain BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Define and monitor MDM and data stewardship workflows.
• Embed predictive capabilities where value is clear.
