You will partner with executives, product and engineering teams to drive secure, scalable, and cost-efficient technology that supports growth in North America. The role demands leadership, deep technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to guide modernization and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of architecture experience including Enterprise/Lead/Principal Architect roles.
• Deep expertise in enterprise application and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, API management, and security governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and technology roadmap.
• Develop future-state architecture strategies that align with business growth and digital transformation.
• Establish architecture governance processes and lead architecture review boards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments.
• Drive modernization initiatives across application and infrastructure portfolios.
• Lead the design of enterprise application ecosystems including ERP, CRM, collaboration, operational, and custom-built solutions.
• Define standards for APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and integration.
• Ensure architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
• Guide application modernization and cloud migration strategies.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering on solution design and architectural decisions.
• Develop enterprise infrastructure strategies covering networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and endpoints.
