You will lead enterprise AI architecture, drive secure model access, agent orchestration, governance, and observability across domains; mentor teams and align AI strategy with business goals. This role emphasizes scalable, compliant AI adoption with collaboration across Enterprise Architecture, AI Engineering, Security, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related fields.
• 3+ years designing and implementing AI/ML platforms.
• 5+ years in cloud-native architectures and scalable distributed apps.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead LPL's Enterprise AI Hub Platform.
• Establish a shared AI platform for model access, orchestration, governance, and observability.
• Define reference architectures for Generative AI and related patterns.
• Audit, Monitoring, and Compliance Services for AI workloads.
• Embed security-by-design principles across AI platforms.
• Lead MLOps/LLMOps deployment and lifecycle management.
