You will work closely with product, data, and business teams to shape an enterprise AI platform and adopt best practices for secure, scalable AI.

Responsibilities include leading the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions, architecting AI-powered apps, and mentoring engineers while driving AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/AI engineering or ML dev experience.
• Hands-on Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (NLP, RAG, AI agents).
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP; scalable AI workloads.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions for advisors and business partners.
• Architect AI-powered applications using LLMs, generative AI, RAG, and AI agents.
• Lead end-to-end software lifecycle for AI, including design, test, deployment, monitoring.
