Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise AI Strategy, to shape the multi-year AI roadmap and drive AI-native products that transform advisor and employee experiences.

This business-seat role partners with enterprise strategy, AI product, and technology leaders to fund and prioritize initiatives, while ensuring governance and rapid execution across risk, legal, and other key functions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning AI strategy from a business seat, including translating strategic direction into funding and prioritization decisions that a product and technology organization actually executed against.
• Track record of gaining alignment across business, product, technology, risk, and legal stakeholders on timelines and outcomes.
• Fluency in build-versus-buy, pricing, monetization, and operating models for AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Own AI strategy pillars and translate them into actionable roadmaps and budget decisions.
• Lead environmental scanning and competitive intelligence to inform build-vs-buy and pricing strategies.
• Act as Portfolio Lead for the enterprise AI program, surfacing risks and cross-functional tradeoffs to keep initiatives on track.
• Drive alignment across executives and stakeholders to accelerate execution and reduce ambiguity.
