Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 3+ years in engineering operations, facilities management, or technical leadership.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams in facilities or operations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems maintenance programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to build client relationships.
• Experience managing vendors and service delivery performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team responsible for engineering, maintenance, and facility operations.
• Coordinate daily engineering activities, workforce scheduling, task assignments, and cross-training initiatives.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and technical service providers to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Drive preventive maintenance strategies and support asset management programs.
• Partner with client stakeholders to support operational changes, facility projects, and business requirements.
• Monitor engineering performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement operational efficiencies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management of maintenance and operational expenditures while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
