Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, coaching, mentoring, and performance management is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate a team and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and support recruiting and hiring.
• Schedule and coordinate daily activities; set deadlines and train staff.
• Direct contractors and engineers on maintenance aspects and safety requirements.
• Oversee facility controls and asset management systems.
