Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Membership of engineering body (e.g., CIBSE/IEE) preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Assist team with operations and maintenance issues.
• Direct contractors, subcontractors, and engineers on the maintenance aspect.
• Supervise and manage the daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
• Support preparation of annual operating budgets, evaluate and forecast operations and maintenance costs.
• Schedule maintenance activities complying with customer operational requirements.
• Support operational analysis of engineering-related KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation and participate in site assessments and technical evaluations.
• Integrate with clients for reconfiguration and operational requirements.
