Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Membership in an engineering-related professional body (e.g., CIBSE/IEE) preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees: training, evaluations, recruitment coordination.
• Coordinate daily team activities, schedules, and task assignments; mentor as needed.
• Direct contractors, subcontractors, and engineers on maintenance aspects.
• Oversee facility controls and asset management system operations.
