Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; conduct performance evaluations; recruit and hire staff.
• Coordinate daily activities; set work schedules; cross-train staff.
• Direct contractors, subcontractors, and engineers on maintenance tasks.
• Oversee daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
• Support annual operating budgets; forecast and manage O&M costs.
• Schedule maintenance per customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI analysis.
• Collaborate with clients on reconfiguration and operational requirements.
