You will implement preventive maintenance programs, develop cost estimates, manage budgets, and align activities with CBRE's values while supporting multi-discipline teams and driving service objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience using CMMS and MS Office for work orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff training, performance evaluations, and recruitment.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, tasks, and cross-training.
• Develop, implement, and communicate preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure teams have information and materials to complete work on time.
• Develop cost estimates for work orders, PM activities, and projects.
• Establish and maintain budgets for facilities maintenance.
• Mentor others and model CBRE RISE values.
• Lead cross-discipline collaboration to meet objectives.
