Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical engineering oversight and lead design teams on renewables projects, managing resources, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires 8+ years of engineering experience and a US-registered P.E. license. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with PMs, field management, and subcontractors are essential to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction sciences.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
• Licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop design fee for work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff on projects.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive on deliverables and potential added services.
• Lead Engineering CAC and interact with PM.
• Resolve complex engineering problems.
• Review engineering calculations for assigned projects.
• Act as Engineer of Record.
• Coordinate with city, state, and regulatory agencies.
• Attend design meetings with Design Build Team.
• Perform site visits and value engineering studies.
