Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to drive architecture, implementation and delivery of Data and Journeys solutions for a global client. This hands-on leadership role requires owning the technical vision, mentoring engineers and building scalable customer engagement across channels.

Location is LATAM remote; duration 6 months + extension; capacity full-time (8hours/day, 5Days/Week).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• Experience leading engineering teams and making architecture decisions.
• Excellent English communication with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture decisions for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
• Mentor engineers and drive delivery of Data and Journeys solutions.
• Build scalable customer engagement solutions across channels for a global client.
• Lead ALM practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
