Job summary

GTA Telecom is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer for a 6-month remote contract focused on CRM evolution, integrations, and Microsoft Copilot solutions. The role targets optimizing lead generation, management, and qualification, with a need for advanced English and independent work capability.

The project is 100% remote from LATAM with scheduling aligned to the U.S. team, and involves collaboration across international stakeholders to deliver robust CRM enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365.
• Solid experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with at least one module: Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, or Sales Hub.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and communicate directly with teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
