Job summary

Flex Employee Services is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Lead to drive global Dynamics 365 solutions, align with enterprise architecture, and guide data migration and integration for M&A activities.

The role requires deep Dynamics expertise, strong leadership of distributed teams, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-grade CRM/ERP platforms while maintaining a cloud-first, out-of-the-box approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years delivering global enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations (design, build, test, deploy).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics solutions across the global firm.
• Own solution design and translate requirements into scalable architectures.
• Direct configuration, extensions, integrations, and reporting across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Serve as senior technical advisor and SME for Microsoft Dynamics, including roadmap evolution.
• Define and lead ER P & M&A integration efforts and onboarding solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC standards, release governance, and QA processes.
• Oversee testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure security, risk, and data privacy compliance across Dynamics solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align capabilities with out-of-the-box options.
