Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service expertise to join our global client engagement. The role focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions and guiding Dynamics 365 implementations across customer service domains.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners and development teams to define requirements, write user stories, map processes and ensure scalable, high‑quality outcomes in a remote LATAM context.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Strong understanding of customer service processes and CRM best practices.
Experience writing user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Experience working with US and global stakeholders.
