Job summary

RED Global seeks a hands-on Lead Engineer to own the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, covering CI – Data and CI – Journeys. You will lead a small engineering team, define the solution architecture, and stay involved in building and integrating the platform with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include designing data flows, real-time journeys, and extensibility via PCF controls, while enforcing security, data privacy, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with 3+ years in Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
• Delivery experience for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data and Journeys.
• Strong Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and Web API know-how.
• Experience with ALM in Azure DevOps or GitHub for Power Platform.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data and Journeys.
• Lead a small engineering team; define solution architecture and governance.
• Design data flows between Dataverse, Fabric/Synapse, and external systems.
• Develop plug-ins, custom workflow activities, and low-code extensions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate work and present designs.
