Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of new product development experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years working in a regulated industry required.
• Demonstrated success leading regulated programs through market introduction.
• Strong capability in strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to lead across a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience in medical device development, including Class II/III, preferred.
• Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end execution of the NPD program, including scope, schedule, and cost.
• Owns program status communication, planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Leads cross-functional program execution with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Finance, and Marketing.
• Establishes disciplined operating rhythms with core team meetings and milestones.
• Manages the triple constraint by securing tradeoffs and escalating risks.
• Drives decision-making by developing scenarios and communicating implications.
• Champions an inclusive, high-performing team culture with psychological safety.
