• Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of new product development experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a regulated industry.
• Experience leading regulated programs through market introduction.
• Strong accountability and results-driven approach.
• Proven ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence.
• Experience in medical device development and regulatory/clinical awareness.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution and delivery of the NPD program (scope, schedule, cost).
• Communicate program status including planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional program execution with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Finance and Marketing.
• Establish disciplined operating rhythms with core team meetings and milestone planning.
• Manage triple constraint (time, scope, resources) and escalate risks as needed.
• Drive decision-making with scenario analysis and trade-off assessment.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture with shared ownership of outcomes.
