Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of new product development experience in regulated environments.
• Experience leading regulated programs through market introduction and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end execution of the NPD program, including scope, schedule, and cost.
• Communicates program status with planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Leads cross-functional execution with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Finance, and Marketing.
• Establishes disciplined operating rhythms and milestone planning for clarity and accountability.
• Manages triple constraints and escalates risks to keep milestones.
• Drives decision-making through scenarios and trade-off assessments.
• Champions inclusive, high-performing team culture with shared ownership.
