Job summary

You will lead non-clinical studies to support regulatory approval and clinical adoption, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and efficacy from concept to design.

The role requires 8+ years in non-clinical research in medical devices or pharma, plus strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of non-clinical research experience.
• Experience with large animal models preferred.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Preclinical Research on project teams.
• Develop non-clinical strategy and testing plans.
• Oversee study execution per timelines.
• Manage external CROs and vendors for non-clinical studies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations.
