Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the Endpoint platform (Client Platform Engineering). You will manage the MDM infrastructure, device configurations, patching pipelines, and telemetry.

You will collaborate with Security, Dev/Infra teams, and maintain policy-driven controls for trusted devices. A lean, autonomous team will rely on you to shape the endpoint roadmap and architecture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building secure IT systems in complex environments.
• Managed endpoint fleets of thousands of macOS devices with modern MDM.
• Endpoint configuration as code: versioned, peer reviewed, tracked changes.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint configuration as code across macOS and mobile; author, review, test, and roll out policies.
• Operate the MDM platform as a production service with IaC, observability, upgrades and incident response.
• Build patch management automation with rapid enforcement while preserving user experience.
• Design zero-touch provisioning to onboard devices quickly.
• Collaborate with Security for hardening and compliance controls; ensure alignment with policy.
