Job summary

CyLogic seeks an experienced UEM/MDM Engineer to build, automate, and support enterprise endpoint management across multi-tenant environments. This hybrid role balances hands-on engineering with ongoing operational support to keep devices secure and compliant.

You will implement Workspace ONE and Intune deployments, develop enrollment and configuration workflows, and create automation scripts. Collaboration across teams and on-call rotation are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Workspace ONE, Intune, or similar UEM/MDM.
• Experience balancing support tickets with engineering tasks.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management architecture.
• Automation scripting via PowerShell or Python.
• Certifications in MD-102 or VMware Workspace ONE are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage enterprise UEM/MDM platforms.
• Provide operational support including troubleshooting and incident response.
• Build enrollment, config profiles, and compliance policies.
• Develop automation scripts for deployment and provisioning.
• Collaborate on engineering projects and on-call rotations.
• Document processes and SOPs.
