Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Lead Employment Specialist to drive daily HVRP services for veterans who are homeless or at risk of losing housing. You will oversee case management, workshops, and employer outreach to secure meaningful employment for participants.

Based in Eau Claire, WI, this role requires supervising staff, ensuring grant compliance with DOL VETS, and building strong employer partnerships to expand veteran hiring opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, counseling, or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role, employment services, or related field; veterans or homelessness experience preferred.
• Case management experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for community travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery of services for Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP).
• Supervise Employment Specialists and ensure grant and policy compliance.
• Develop relationships with local employers to increase veteran hiring.
• Conduct assessments, create employment plans, and provide job readiness training.
