5. Advise business clients on compliance, corporate structuring, and legal strategy
6. Manage multiple ongoing cases and meet all legal deadlines
7. Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal representation

Requirements

1. Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience
2. Proven experience in employment and/or business law matters
3. Capable of independently managing cases from intake to resolution or trial
4. Strong client service skills and professional demeanor
5. Must be a proactive team player with the ability to lead

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications
