Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including:
Discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims
Wage and hour disputes, including class action and PAGA cases
Advise corporate clients on employment policies, manuals, and compliance matters
Counsel clients on employee discipline, terminations, and wage and hour issues
Conduct internal investigations on sensitive employment matters
Manage litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as required
1 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling
Familiarity with California civil procedure and employment laws
Experience handling class actions and/or PAGA cases is a plus but not required
Ability to manage cases and work independently with minimal supervision
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Strong academic record, preferably from a top-tier law school
Admission to the California Bar (Required)
Exceptional litigation and legal writing skills
Strong research and analytical abilities
Ability to provide strategic counsel on employment law matters
Effective communication and client management skills
Ability to handle high-profile and complex cases with professionalism
