Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with extensive experience in marital and family law. This full-time remote position involves handling diverse family law cases, providing legal counsel and representation in domestic matters. The ideal candidate will be experienced in divorce, child custody, asset division, and financial obligations.

Duties
  1. Represent clients in divorce, paternity, and child support cases.
  2. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, settlement agreements, and parenting plans.
  3. Conduct discovery, review financial documents, and develop case strategies.
  4. Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.

Requirements
