Job summary

NBCUniversal's Universal Destinations and Experiences in Orlando is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations to serve as a neutral investigator and advisor on concerns of Team Members and managers.

This role partners with Legal, HR Business Partners, and NBCU Fair Employment Practices, analyzes trends, protects confidentiality, and recommends resolutions to sustain a fair and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Labor Relations or Business Admin required.
• 5+ years of progressive Employee Relations experience with investigations.
• Experience with labor unions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate internal investigations of sensitive employment complaints.
• Review cases in the case management system and analyze data for trends.
• Partner with Legal, HRBPs and NBCU Fair Employment Practices.
• Assess work environments and recommend resolutions with operations.
