Job summary

Universal Studios seeks an experienced Employee Relations Investigator to serve as a neutral party, handling investigations of unfair treatment, harassment, and retaliation for team members and managers. You will preserve confidentiality and coordinate with NBCUniversal Legal.

The role emphasizes data-driven reviews, trend analysis, and collaboration with HR Business Partners and Operations to resolve issues, improve the work environment, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, or business administration required.
• Minimum 5+ years in employee relations with investigative experience.
• Labor unions experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal investigations of sensitive employment-related complaints to ensure fair resolution.
• Review cases for consistency and analyze data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR Business Partners, and NBCU Fair Employment Practices.
• Assist with environment assessments and provide recommendations to improve work culture.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
