Job summary

UW Medicine Human Resources is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting team. You will open requisitions, manage candidate relationships, screen applicants, verify credentials, schedule interviews, and help create offers while delivering superior service to applicants and internal customers.

This role collaborates with 18+ recruiters and 3 coordinators across Harborview and UW Medical Center, contributes to pre-boarding, reports metrics, and supports

Qualifications

• Two years of office/clerical experience.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Reference checks for final candidates.
• Update candidate records and postings in Workday HR/Payroll system and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate all necessary communications and paperwork for new hire pre-boarding.
• Respond to inquiries and provide status updates to applicants and staff.
• Develop close working relationships with recruiters and coordinators to support staffing.
• Schedule interviews and calendar management; coordinate travel as needed.
