Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with three years of progressively responsible events and program management, and recruiting experience.
Experience in executive-level searches in complex environments preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills required.

Responsibilities

Lead senior leader recruitment efforts and manage executive search activities.
Develop and implement centralized events strategy and calendar for Department of Medicine.
Oversee onboarding, onboarding experience, and workforce readiness initiatives.
Coordinate executive onboarding, housing, travel, and logistical support for leadership hires.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports on time-to-fill and candidate experience.
Provide strategic guidance to leadership on recruitment, events, and branding.
