Job summary

The Department of Human Services (DHS) Program Eligibility Supervisor/Expert oversees daily operations of program eligibility staff, ensuring accurate determinations for state-administered programs. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years of experience in eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, business, public administration, or related field, plus three years in social or community service work.
• At least one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Experience with eligibility determination and case management policies required.
