Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; four years of progressive leadership in convention services.
• Proven expertise in complex event scheduling and labor coordination in a large resort.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry platforms such as Delphi or Daylight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a Managers team to deliver superior customer service to clients.
• Set goals, policies, and standards for the department aligned with strategic plans.
• Coordinate room setups, tradeshow logistics, rooming, billing and related program needs.
• Oversee safety rules and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Manage HR tasks including performance feedback, recruitment and succession planning.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure consistency of service.
