MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking an Event Project Manager to organize and execute mid-sized corporate, social, and in-house events, defining objectives, budgets, and timelines. You will serve as primary client contact and coordinate with Account Managers from pre-planning through post-sale, ensuring seamless experiences and strong revenue results.

The role requires 2+ years in events or hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and on-site

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in events, sales, production, entertainment, catering or hospitality.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event logistics, operations, and timelines with clients based on the scope of mid-sized events.
• Lead internal meetings with teams and vendors and ensure communication loops are closed between all parties.
• Manage the execution of events from the end of pre-planning through on-site installation and post-event wrap-up.
• Provide and oversee creative solutions within budget, time, and venue constraints while building client relationships.
• Coordinate final client approvals onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
