Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician in the United States to lead a crew of Journeyman electricians, Apprentices and Helpers on commercial/industrial projects. You will oversee installation, alteration and repair of electrical systems while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency on site.

The role requires leadership, blueprint reading, scheduling, and strong communication with supervision and trades. On-site work with potential overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Leading Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Reading and understanding project specifications, blueprints and schematics.
• Developing manpower schedules for the team.
• Communicating plans and expectations to supervision and crew.
