Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring safe, high‑quality installation, alterations, and repairs while coordinating with supervision and other trades.

You will develop material lists, interpret drawings, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. Strong leadership and blueprint reading are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with capability to mentor five-person crews.
• Able to read, interpret, and apply blueprints, schematics, and project docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and safety requirements.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and coordinate materials.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and lay out work from drawings.
• Size wires, conduits, and boxes and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Work with other trades and supervisors to align on scope and schedule.
