Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to supervise a crew on commercial/industrial projects. You will lead Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers on site, ensure quality, mentor team, and coordinate manpower and materials.

You will read blueprints, lay out work, install conduit and devices, oversee safety and NEC compliance, and collaborate with supervision to meet production and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Strong blueprint and schematic reading skills.
• Capable of coordinating with other trades and supervision.
• Proficiency with project documentation and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on site.
• Ensure quality work meets standards and specs.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and job demands.
• Perform field layout and basic troubleshooting.
• Read project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Comply with NEC guidelines and safety protocols.
