Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical construction projects. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with supervision on schedules and materials.

You will read blueprints, interpret project specs, and perform field layout using Trimble tools. The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership abilities to coach and grow a small crew.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Experience with field layout and Trimble equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure high quality of work and adherence to standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site needs.
• Lead coordination with other trades and supervision to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Perform field layout and install electrical components as required.
• Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot lighting and power circuits.
