Comfort Systems USA in Missouri seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman on commercial/industrial projects. You will install, alter and repair electrical systems, read blueprints, and ensure work meets NEC and local standards.

You will develop manpower schedules, prepare material lists, supervise safety, and coach team members. Strong leadership, communication across trades, and ability to manage budgets and timelines are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership and ability to grow in this area, able to lead, mentor and coach teams of roughly five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, project specifications and schematics to develop layouts and execution plans.
• Develops manpower schedules and communicates material needs to supervision.
• Communicates effectively with other trades and trade supervisors to coordinate scope and duties.
• Understands customer requirements and maintains quality, safety and schedule discipline on site.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards on the crew.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job-site demands, and relay to supervision.
• Help achieve production and budget goals through clear team direction.
• Ensure work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Perform field layout and install electrical conduits and devices as required.
• Read project specifications and blueprints to guide activities.
• Lay out work from drawings and project documents, including underground layouts.
• Perform measurements and basic troubleshooting of circuits.
