Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical projects. Working under a senior Foreman or Superintendent, you will oversee installation, alteration and repair of electrical systems while mentoring Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians.

You will direct daily field activities, develop manpower schedules, read blueprints and project specs, perform field layout with Trimble tools, ensure compliance with NEC and

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead and coach a team of ~5 electricians.
• Strong knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and project specs.
• Familiarity with Trimble field layout tools.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to NEC and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeymen, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands.
• Help achieve production and budget goals by clear communication.
• Ensure crew work complies with NEC and local guidelines.
• Perform field layout and conduit installation.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics.
• Meet project schedules, including overtime when needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork and safety.
