Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman Electricians on commercial/industrial sites. You will oversee installation, alteration, and repair of electrical systems, mentoring the crew and ensuring strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing manpower schedules, creating material lists, and coordinating with supervision to meet production and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach small teams on site.
• Strong communication with trades and supervisors across disciplines.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specs, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate them to supervision.
• Help achieve production and budget goals with clear delegation.
• Ensure crew work complies with NEC and local guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install conduits.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures, and panels.
• Read project specs and layout work from drawings.
• Perform field layout using Trimble equipment and software.
