Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects in Tennessee. Lead, train, and mentor the crew while ensuring quality and compliance with NEC standards.

You will read and interpret project specifications and blueprints, develop schedules, and manage materials to support project demands. Strong leadership and communication are required with experience guiding trades and achieving production

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of roughly five workers.
• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
