Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will mentor Journeymen, Helpers and Apprentices, ensure top quality workmanship, and manage materials and scheduling while adhering to NEC and project specs.

The role requires strong communication with trades and supervision, ability to read blueprints, and oversee installation of conduits, devices, and panels, with readiness for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership abilities with capacity to mentor a five-person crew.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts and schematics.
• Strong communication with trades, supervision and customers.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and adherence to NEC codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure high quality work and on-time results.
• Develop manpower schedule for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and site demands.
• Oversee installation and termination of electrical devices and conduit.
• Read project specs and blueprints.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Manage overtime and weekend scheduling as needed.
