Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a small crew (5 people) on site.
• Strong reading of blueprints, specs and contract documents.
• Effective communication with trades and supervision, and willingness to learn more tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards and maintain safety.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and allocate tasks.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and communicate needs to supervision.
• Coordinate with other trades to meet production and budget goals.
• Work with cables, conduits, and electrical devices per plans and specs.
